Delivery

  • Same day: order before 12:00 p.m. (Colombia time) and we deliver today in Bogotá, Medellín, Cali, Barranquilla and Cartagena, Monday to Saturday. In other cities, subject to availability.
  • Gourmet boxes and baskets: order at least 48 hours in advance. They arrive in 1 to 2 business days in Bogotá and in 3 to 4 business days in other cities.
  • Hours: from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. (Colombia time), with no exact time guaranteed.
  • Sundays and public holidays: order at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Guarantee: if something is not right, write to us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo. We review each case and, as appropriate, offer a replacement, redelivery or refund.
