Is same-day delivery available?
Yes. If you order before 12 p.m. (Argentina time), Monday to Saturday, we deliver today in Buenos Aires (Capital Federal and Greater Buenos Aires), Córdoba, Rosario and Mendoza. In other cities, depending on availability.
Which cities do you deliver to?

Can I pay from abroad?
Yes. We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Western Union and bank transfer from any country.
Which currency do I pay in?
In USD or your country’s currency. The system converts automatically based on your location.
How much is delivery?
USD 9.99 per address. You see it in the order summary before paying.
Can I schedule delivery for a specific date?
Yes, up to 30 days ahead.
Do you deliver on Sundays and holidays?
Yes, if you order at least 48 hours ahead.
What are the delivery hours?
9 a.m. to 7 p.m. (Argentina time), with no guaranteed exact time. On high-demand dates, times may be longer.
Do breakfasts and gift baskets have other conditions?
Yes. Breakfasts must be ordered at least 48 hours ahead and many are delivered only in Buenos Aires. Gift baskets with brand-name products need 72 hours for CABA and Greater Buenos Aires, and 7 to 10 business days for the rest of the country. Each product page says so.
Is a message card included?
Yes, free with every order.
What if the recipient isn’t there?
We try to contact them and, if possible, leave the arrangement with a trusted person. If we can’t reach them, we contact you to arrange a second delivery.
How do I know the flowers arrived?
You receive an automatic email confirmation once delivery is complete. You can also write to us at flores@latinflores.com.
What if something isn’t right?
Write to us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo. We review each case and, as appropriate, offer a replacement, redelivery or refund. Read our refund and satisfaction policy.
