Shipping Policy

LatinFlores.com coordinates flower and gift delivery through a network of independent local florists and couriers operating across 21 countries. All deliveries are fulfilled locally within the destination country.

We do not ship internationally via postal or courier services (such as FedEx, DHL, or UPS). Every order is prepared and delivered locally by a florist or courier based in the destination city.

1. Countries We Deliver To

Coverage within each country varies by city and region. Availability is confirmed at checkout based on the delivery address entered.

2. Delivery Timeframes

We guarantee delivery on the selected date, but cannot promise an exact time unless requested at least 24 hours in advance during checkout. Same-day deliveries (Monday to Friday) depend on order time and the capacity of our local florists.

  • Same-day delivery: Available for orders placed before 12:00 PM local time in the destination country, Monday through Friday, subject to florist availability.
  • Saturdays: Available for orders placed before 12:00 PM local time. Not available in all locations.
  • Sundays and public holidays: Delivery is not guaranteed. We strongly recommend placing orders at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays outside of special promotional periods will be delivered on the next available business day.
  • Typical delivery hours are between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM local time, but may vary. LatinFlores does not guarantee delivery within a specific time window.

During peak seasons or last-minute orders, same-day service may not be available. In those cases, our team will contact you to coordinate the best alternative: next-day delivery, substitution, or refund.

For breakfast boxes, gift baskets, or special products, we recommend ordering at least 48 hours in advance to allow proper preparation and coordination.

3. Shipping Costs

Delivery fees are additional and vary based on destination city, delivery address, type and size of the arrangement, and delivery date.

The exact shipping cost will be displayed in your order summary before payment is confirmed. You will never be charged more than the amount shown at checkout without prior notification and your explicit approval.

Remote and Rural Areas: For deliveries to small cities or rural areas, additional fees may apply. LatinFlores will contact you to confirm before proceeding. If no confirmation is received within 3 hours for same-day deliveries, or within 24 hours for future-dated deliveries, LatinFlores reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

4. Delivery Coverage

We deliver to homes, offices, hospitals, hotels, and other accessible addresses. Delivery to gated communities, remote areas, or locations requiring special access may be subject to restrictions. P.O. Boxes are not accepted.

5. Order Tracking and Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. When your order has been delivered, we will send an automatic delivery confirmation by email. For inquiries, contact us at flores@latinflores.com or 1-888-493-8030.

6. Failed and Incomplete Deliveries

  • Recipient unavailable: Our delivery partner will attempt to contact the recipient. The arrangement may be left with a trusted person at the delivery team's discretion. If this is not possible, we will contact the sender for further instructions.
  • Incorrect or incomplete address: LatinFlores is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. A second delivery attempt will incur additional charges.
  • Recipient refusal: If the recipient refuses to accept the order, the delivery is considered completed and no refund will be issued.
  • No access to delivery location: A second attempt will require additional coordination and may incur additional fees.

In any case where a delivery issue is disputed, photographic evidence from the delivery team or the customer will be required to process a resolution.

7. Peak Season Deliveries

During high-demand periods — Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas, and local holidays:

  • Same-day delivery may be limited or unavailable.
  • Delivery may be scheduled one day before or after the selected date to ensure timely arrival. The customer will be notified in advance.
  • We strongly recommend placing orders at least 48 hours in advance.
  • LatinFlores is not responsible for delays caused by high order volume, florist capacity, or third-party courier constraints.

8. Substitutions

LatinFlores reserves the right to substitute flowers, containers, or accessories with products of equal or greater value when specific items are unavailable. Product photos on our website are for reference only.

9. Address Accuracy

The customer is solely responsible for providing a complete, accurate delivery address including: full street address, city and postal code, country, recipient's full name, and recipient's phone number. LatinFlores is not liable for delivery failures resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information.

10. Governing Terms

This Shipping Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, and should be read in conjunction with our Refund and Satisfaction Policy and Terms of Service.
