  • Same day: order before 12:00 p.m. (Colombia time) and we deliver today in Bogotá, Medellín, Cali, Barranquilla and Cartagena, Monday to Saturday. In other cities, subject to availability.
  • Hours: from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. (Colombia time), with no exact time guaranteed.
  • Sundays and public holidays: order at least 48 hours in advance. December 8, December 25 and January 1 are public holidays in Colombia.
  • Guarantee: if something is not right, write to us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo. We review each case and, as appropriate, offer a replacement, redelivery or refund.

How far in advance should I order for December 24 or 25?
December 24 is one of the busiest days of the year: order early. December 25 is a public holiday, so for flowers order at least 48 hours ahead. Anchetas need 1 week and gourmet boxes at least 48 hours.
