How long does delivery take in Mexico?
Delivery times vary depending on the city and local florist availability. Under normal conditions, deliveries are made between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM local time. During high-demand dates, times may be extended.
Does it include a personalized message card?
Yes, free with every order.
What happens if the recipient is not home?
We will attempt to contact them and, if possible, leave the arrangement with a trusted person. If we cannot reach them, we will contact you to coordinate a second delivery.
How do I know the flowers were delivered?
