What applies across the country
- Delivery hours: 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., with no guaranteed exact time.
- Sundays and holidays: order at least 48 hours ahead.
- Breakfasts: order at least 48 hours ahead. Many are delivered only in Buenos Aires: each product page says so.
- Gift baskets: those with brand-name products need 72 hours for CABA and Greater Buenos Aires, and 7 to 10 business days for the rest of the country.
- Delivery fee: USD 9.99 per address. You see it in the order summary before paying.
- Guarantee: if something isn’t right, write to us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo. We review each case and, as appropriate, offer a replacement, redelivery or refund. Read our refund and satisfaction policy.
