  • Delivery area: many baskets are delivered only in the City of Buenos Aires (CABA); some also reach Greater Buenos Aires, Córdoba, Rosario and Mendoza. Each product shows where it’s available.
  • Contents: if an item isn’t available, it’s replaced with another of equal or higher quality.
  • Guarantee: if something isn’t right, write to us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo. We review each case and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, redelivery or refund.

No. Baskets are put together especially for each order, so they need to be ordered at least 48 hours in advance for CABA and 72 hours for other cities.

Does everything arrive together?
Combos with chocolates, teddy bears or balloons usually arrive together. In combos of gift baskets or breakfasts with flowers, the flowers and the basket may be delivered separately, depending on the city and the supplier.

Can I send a basket from another country?
Yes. Place your order online from any country and we deliver it to the address you give us in Argentina.
