  • Since we can’t guarantee an exact time, order early: if the wake is today, place your order before 12:00 noon.

  • Same day: order before 12:00 noon (Argentina time) and we deliver today in Buenos Aires, Greater Buenos Aires, Córdoba, Rosario and Mendoza, Monday to Saturday. In other cities, subject to availability.
  • Delivery hours: 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., no exact time guaranteed.
  • Sundays and holidays: order at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Guarantee: if something isn’t right, write to us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo. We review each case and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, redelivery or refund.

Can you deliver to a funeral home today?
Yes. Order before 12:00 noon (Argentina time) and we deliver today in the main cities, Monday to Saturday. Add the time of the wake in the order notes.

What message can I write?
A short, sincere message is enough, for example: “With love, thinking of you at this time”, followed by your name.

What if it’s a Sunday or holiday?
For Sundays and holidays, order at least 48 hours in advance.
