  • Same day: order before 12:00 noon (Argentina time) and we deliver today in Buenos Aires, Greater Buenos Aires, Córdoba, Rosario and Mendoza, Monday to Saturday. In other cities, subject to availability.
  • Delivery hours: 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., no exact time guaranteed.
  • Sundays and holidays: order at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Baskets, bags and wine: order at least 72 hours in advance for CABA and Greater Buenos Aires, and 7 to 10 business days for the rest of the country.
  • Christmas boxes: order at least 72 hours in advance. Delivered in CABA, Córdoba, Mendoza and Rosario.
  • Snack boards, gourmet boxes, alfajores and cookies: order at least 72 hours in advance. Delivered only in the City of Buenos Aires (CABA).
  • Guarantee: if something isn’t right, write to us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo. We review each case and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, redelivery or refund.

Can I send Christmas flowers today?
Yes, for most arrangements: order before 12:00 noon (Argentina time) and we deliver today in the main cities, Monday to Saturday. Baskets, boxes and snack boards need more notice.

How far in advance should I order for December 25?
December 25 is a public holiday: for flowers, order at least 48 hours in advance. For baskets, bags and wine, 72 hours for CABA and Greater Buenos Aires, and 7 to 10 business days for the rest of the country. For Christmas boxes, 72 hours. It is one of the busiest dates of the year, so it is best to order early.

Can they be sent to any city?
Arrangements and flower combos, yes: we deliver throughout the country, and the same day in the main cities. Christmas boxes are delivered in CABA, Córdoba, Mendoza and Rosario, and snack boards and gourmet boxes only in CABA. Each product says so.
